By purchasing the e-PRO® course of instruction, you understand and agree to the
following:

You must complete the Certification Course no later than SIX months from the date
you enroll and receive online access. If you fail to complete the course within
your enrollment period, course extensions will be available for purchase.

You are a REALTOR® in good standing if you check the REALTOR® box on the registration
form. If this is not the case, you agree to pay the added $100 fee for those who
are not a REALTOR®.

You will not be entitled to a refund of your tuition past 30 days from the date
of enrollment (purchase) and receipt of online access, or the completion of Module
I of the e-PRO® Course, whichever is earlier. There is a $30 cancellation
fee.

You will not be entitled to a refund of your tuition past 30 days from the date
of enrollment (purchase) and receipt of online access, or the completion of Section
1 of the Web 2.0 & Social Media Course For REALTORS®, whichever is earlier.
There is a $30 cancellation fee. Note that the Web 2.0 & Social Media
course is optional meaning you do not need to complete it in order to earn
your certification.

If you breach any of these terms, your authorization to use the course materials
on eProNAR.com
will automatically terminate.
